Resin x Marbelux Calculator
Welcome to our resin & marbelux calcuator! Here you can workout how much you need of each. Depending on what you are making there's a few ways to go about it.
Firstly, the amount of resin required is the volume of the mould or pour that you are going to do. For cuboids, this is easy to work and you can use our calculator below.
For coating a piece you can also use our calculator below, we recommend setting the depth as 2mm. Depending on how warm the resin is it might be slightly thicker or thinner than this.
For moulds the best option is to fill it with water. The amount of water needed to fill the mould is how much resin you will require. However, ensure you dry the mould before filling it with resin, as water will react badly with our resin. We also recommend having roughly 10% more than you think you require, just in case your calculations are slightly out or there is any wastage.
