After signing up you will receive 10% back on every order in points to spend in the future. And via the referral scheme any friends who order using your link will receive £5 off their first order and you will get £5 yourself.
If you have previously signed up to our newsletter, when signing up to the rewards scheme it may say your email is already in use, in this case just click forgotten password and you can reset it via the email link you receive.
Loyalty Points
For every order placed you will get back 10% of the total order value in points.
For every £1 spent you will receive 1 point. 100 points = £10.
The points can be added up and there is no limit to how many points you can redeem back on an order. For example if you have 500 points you can exchange that for £50 to use on an order!
Referral Scheme
Within the loyalty program we are also running a referral scheme. For the first two weeks of the referral scheme we are doubling the reward! Meaning any new customer using your referral link will get £5 off their first order and you will receive £5 worth of points (50) added to your account.
The referral scheme works via a link which you can find in your rewards account.
To sign up for the rewards scheme simply click on the Rewards Button below. It will open up a pop up, where it will give you the opportunity to create an account.
When you click create an account it will take you to a seperate page where you need to enter your name, email address and your new password. You will then receive a confirmation email where you need to verify your email address.
Once that is done you can head back over to the rewards page and it will allow you to login and start taking advantage of the rewards scheme!

When signing up for a rewards scheme it may come up saying that an account already exists with that email. If you have previously placed an order with us, you may have already set up an account when checking out without realising.
If this is the case, simply click the forgotten password option using that email. Then you will receive an email allowing you to reset your password. Once you have reset your password you will be able to sign in with that email and new password, and then head back over to the rewards section. You should now be logged in!

To refer a friend is simple, once you have registered for the loyalty scheme, simply login or click the rewards button in the bottom left. You then need to choose the "Earn" tab and click the "Refer a friend" as shown in the picture below.
Click on Refer a friend and then simply copy the personalised link to share with your friends. When your friend clicks on the link, it will take them to a page which looks like the following.
Once they have entered their details they will receive an email with a discount code which they can use at checkout! As soon as they have placed their order you will then also receive you 100 points, worth £10 on your account.
When you redeem a reward or sign up for a referral, you will recieve the discount code via email. If you can't find it in your inbox check your junk as well, as it might have gone there!
